Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship throughout the United States and internationally.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method.

Will I receive tracking info?
Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
From time to time! Join our newsletter or check our site banner for current free shipping promotions.

Who pays customs, taxes, or duties?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. We are not responsible for these charges.

Do you guarantee delivery times?
We do our best to ship promptly, but delivery time is outside of our control once the order is with the carrier. We are not responsible for customs delays or postal issues.

DAMAGED ORDERS

What if my product arrives damaged?
We’ll replace any item damaged in transit.
Please email us a photo of the package and product within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return a product?
Yes — we accept returns of full-size products within 30 days of purchase if:

• The item is unopened & unused
• The seal is intact
• It’s in its original packaging

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
We’ll refund the original payment method minus original shipping costs.

Can I return a product that’s been opened?
No. Due to the natural and handmade nature of our products, all opened products are final sale once opened.

What if I have an allergic reaction or don’t love the product?
We do not issue refunds for reactions or general dissatisfaction. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient listbefore purchasing.
